Buffer Ring - It is inserted between ram and drive cap of the hammer and it protects the shocks from the ram rebound and vibration whenever the ram point is hitted the pile.
Drive Cap - All the cushions such as MC cushions or cushion pad are inserted in it. The main roles for cushions are to prevent the hammer structure and components and piles failures from instant impact force and impact shocks, reducing the noises and transmitting the proper energy to the piles.
Long pile skirt - It can be connected with cap housing as an auxiliary holder and used for crane free suspended especially for the demands of its pile driving offshore to build bridge construction or restrained river banks or dams.
Cushion - It is recently well adopted as a quality proven cushions which delivers the precise hammer hitting energy efficiency to the piles.
Cap housing - It functions either to wrap up the drive cap and to connect with a pile sleeve which is kind of auxiliary pile used fro normally offshore pile drive or special request from the customers.
Ram - It is logically comprised of one or more ram segment connected by the connecting rods. The ram manufactured by the BRUCE stood the complicated test such as physical and chemical analysis including ultrasonic examination and magnetic particle test.
Ram buffer - It is installed inside the top ram and is connected with the ball housing of the piston rod. With a suitable size and proven quality of the ram buffer, it protects the shocks from the ram assembly caused by frequent ram movement to hit a pile.
Piston Rod - It is designed to decide the adjustable ram stroke ranging from minimum at 200mm to 2000mm upon customer request and is satisfactorily manufactured in compliant with the ram size and entire weight to move it upwards and downwards.
L.P Accumulator - Assisting with proper returning oils to the tank in the power pack thus it makes the ram movement in a free drop acceleratoin to get an efficient blow energy. It functions high and low pressure respectively.
H.P Acculmulator - Assisting with absorbing shocks from hydraulic damages and failures. It reduces the shock pressure and flow fluctuations cased by the continuous oil. It functions high and low pressure respectively.
Hose block and junction box - It is connected with top cover of the hammer and is installed with brakets for connecting the electrical cables and hydraulic hoses between hammer and power pack.
